With a paid DMARCER plan you choose how you pay: monthly or annual. Annual plans come at a discounted rate as a thank you for the longer commitment. This article walks you through how billing, renewals and plan changes work.
Monthly vs annual
- Monthly: billed every month. This is the most flexible option, and you can cancel any time before your next renewal.
- Annual: billed once for the year at a discount. This is the best value if you plan to stay with DMARCER.
How billing works
- You pay in advance for the term you have chosen.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Renewals are charged at the advertised rate at the time of renewal.
- You are billed in your account currency, and we email you an invoice for every charge.
- Card payments are handled securely by Stripe, and DMARCER never stores your full card details.
Changing your plan
You can change plan at any time from the Subscription page. An upgrade takes effect straight away and is charged pro-rata for the rest of your current term. A downgrade, or a switch between monthly and annual, takes effect from your next renewal instead. The change wizard always shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
Domain allowances and overage
Each plan includes an allowance of Standard domains. Parked domains are licensed separately and at a lower rate, as they are locked down rather than fully monitored. If your usage goes above your plan allowance, the extra is billed so your domains stay protected, and the Subscription page shows your current usage against your allowance.
Cancelling
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the term you have already paid for, and then it simply does not renew. We will always email you ahead of any price change before it takes effect.
