DMARCER works directly with HaloPSA, so your email-security work stays in step with Halo and you never have to enter the same thing twice. This page gives you a quick overview of what the integration does, with links to the detailed setup and feature guides.
What the integration does
- Company sync: each DMARCER customer is linked to its matching Halo client, so domains, tickets and billing all line up with the right customer.
- Asset linking: DMARCER looks for a matching Halo asset for each of your domains before it creates anything, so you never end up with duplicates, and nothing is ever deleted from Halo.
- Ticketing: DMARCER security alerts, such as a failing SPF record or a domain appearing on a blacklist, are raised as Halo tickets in your normal queue.
- Billing sync: your domain counts are sent to the customer's contract, so recurring billing stays accurate without anyone having to check the figures by hand.
Getting started
Connect your Halo account in DMARCER under Integrations, link your DMARCER customers to their Halo clients, and choose which features you would like to switch on. The step-by-step guide is linked below.
